"Good show, but a bit uneven"
I had a decent time overall. Some of the singing was really strong, and the orchestra sounded lovely, they might’ve been my favorite part. A few scenes just felt kind of flat to me, though, like the energy dipped here and there. Not a bad night at all, just not one that completely wowed me

I was sitting far back and kind of thought, okay, I’ll probably miss half the details from here... but nope. The sound was surprisingly clear the whole time. I kept thinking, wow, this actually sounds really good even from these seats

The box office staff got my tickets sorted out quickly, which I appreciated. The line was really long though, and I definitely felt a bit pressured trying to get everything handled in time...

"Parking was actually easy, which I didn’t expect"
Went to LA Opera last weekend and, i was kind of bracing for the whole downtown parking thing to be a mess. But it was… easy? The garage was close, the signs made sense, and we weren’t doing that thing where you circle around forever wondering if you missed the entrance.
Getting around was fine too. Elevators were easy to spot, and the staff just pointed us where we needed to go without making it feel like some big production. It just made the whole night calmer, which, yeah, I appreciated more than I thought I would.

"I was a little unsure about sitting in..."
I was a little unsure about sitting in the balcony at first, but it ended up being totally fine. The sightlines were good, and I could see the stage clearly without feeling like I was missing anything.

"I had a good time overall—the venue..."
I had a good time overall—the venue had a nice vibe and the show itself was really enjoyable. That said, the seats felt cramped, which took away from the experience a little. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something I noticed
